Individual Counseling

While I do approach counseling from a systems lens, I have a passion to work with individuals as the engage their wounding and move towards healing, growth, and change. 

Engagement/Pre-Engagement Couples Counseling

I have a passion for working with couples as they enter into the season of engagement/marriage. It is important in this season to begin working towards communication and engaging our own wounding in order to understand how they impact our most important relationships.

EMDR Half Day Intensive

EMDR is a therapeutic approach to processing trauma. For individuals that desire to process their trauma using EMDR but are not able to commit to weekly sessions, I offer a half day EMDR intensive. In order to schedule an intensive, clients will be required to attend at least 2 individual client hour sessions. Please let me know if you have any questions about the intensive and its benefits.

Fee Structure

One-hour clinical session (50 Min): $125
Two-hour clinical Session (100 Min): $220
EMDR Intensive (Half Day): $500

I accept cash, check, venmo and all major credit cards for payment.

At this time, I do not accept insurance; however, I am happy to provide a receipt should you wish to submit a claim to your insurance.

Reduced fee sessions are offered on a limited basis. Please inquire about reduced fees if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel or reschedule sessions for no charge with a 24-hour notice. Without a 24-hour notice the client will be charged for their scheduled session.
